Soaked Oats with a banana turmeric smoothie

Super simple, very healthy breakfast for lockdown.

Take whole oats and soak them in water overnight with a pinch of salt and some ground almonds if you have them for additional protein.

2 banana, milk or no dairy milk, ice, 2 tables spoons of turmeric and a table spoon of peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth or 30 seconds.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the soak oats and honey.
